Problem
The bank needed a more scalable way to analyse sustainability-related data and derive insights from incomplete or fragmented information, including estimating building energy-consumption categories where direct data was unavailable.
Solution
led the data team in developing the platform and an XGBoost-based model to predict building energy-consumption categories, alongside analytical and visualisation capabilities. The project later received a Best of Consulting Award 2023.
